| New City Council Laws |
| Many ordinances were passed in late 2008 and early 2009. Among them are the following:
Curfew for anyone under the age of 18 yrs. of age from 1am till 6am.
There can not be any non-city sponsored events for the month of May. Property owners cannot advertise for those that are not sponsored by the city as well.
Motels cannot register anyone under the age of 18 years of age without being accompanied by parent or documented legal guardian.
The helmet requirement law for adults has been eliminated. |

| We offer off-season (After Labor Day thru March) weekly/monthly rates for visitors based on 2 person occupancy for our Kitchenettes with 2 double beds.
Sept.: Wkly $125 per week with a 2 wk min. Oct. thru Feb.: $125 wk or $450 per month with a 2 week min. March 06: $125.00 per week with a 2 week minimum. The weekly rate is a great reduction and includes l day midweek housekeeping service. Weekly and monthly rates cannot be prorated. Please call for reservations. This offer however does not apply to more than 1 or 2 people per unit. A party of more than 2 can still get great savings on a nightly basis.
